A Bippie is a handmade comfort companion, made to be held and hugged. It is stitched from certified organic cotton, filled with soft kapok, and has a hidden pocket on its back for small treasures. Every Bippie is made to be beloved for a lifetime.

Certified organic cotton outside, natural kapok fiber inside, colored with non-toxic, eco-friendly dyes. Every feature is embroidered, so there are no buttons, beads, or plastic parts. Read more on our Materials & Safety page.

Bippies are designed for ages 0 and up: embroidered eyes and smile, no loose parts, and hypoallergenic materials. For sleep, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends keeping soft objects, including plush toys, out of a baby's sleep space for the first 12 months. Until then, a Bippie is for awake time: cuddles, play, and being held close.

The Bippie is about 13 by 10 inches, measured arm tip to arm tip, and 3 inches thick. The Mini Bippie is about 9.5 by 7.5 inches and 2.75 inches thick, sized for small hands and travel bags. Each one is handmade, so sizes vary slightly.

Surface clean with a soft cloth, cool water, and a mild natural soap, then air dry. Please skip the washing machine and dryer, which can flatten the kapok and stress the stitching.

Can I return a Bippie?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the sealed packaging is unopened, so every Bippie stays hypoallergenic for the child who receives it. Return postage is deducted from the refund. And if your Bippie has a flaw in the making, like an open seam or loose embroidery, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it at our cost.
